E-Commerce Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Electronics, decals, special orders, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Exchanges
- We only accept exchanges for items that are defective, incorrectly shipped, or ordered in the wrong size.
- All exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear once the return is processed.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at ecommerce@deltapower.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions and a return authorization number if applicable.
