What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept exchanges only for items that are defective, incorrectly shipped, or ordered in the wrong size. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. See the Return & Refund Policy for more information.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method but generally range from 3–7 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Contact us as soon as possible at ecommerce@deltapower.ca.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within Canada. Stay tuned for updates on expanded shipping options.

What if I received the wrong or a damaged item?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or exchange.

Do you offer warranty support?

Most BRP products come with manufacturer warranties. If you experience any issues, we’re happy to assist with the warranty claim process.

Are all items in stock and ready to ship?

We do our best to keep our inventory updated. If an item is out of stock, it will be noted on the product page or during checkout. You’re welcome to contact us for restock dates or alternatives.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is required to order, but creating one allows you to track orders, save shipping information, and access exclusive offers.
